Sunghoon played the role of Kang Moo Yool in Passionate Love and in 2014, he was featured in the web drama 6 Persons Room as Min-Soo.
In the 2015 South Korea web series Noble, My Love, he played the role of Chaebol Lee Kang Hoon. That same year, he was featured as Korean Snake in My Venus.
He again appeared in several series including Five Enough as Kim Sangmin, his big screen debut came in the film titled Come Back to Busan Port as Tae-Sung.
