A colourful environmentalist and failed reality TV star has been declared the Northern Territory's first vexatious litigant for being a serial pest.
Trevor Jenkins, who once stripped naked in a witness box, has been virtually banned from taking any further proceedings to a court.
Acting Supreme Court Chief Justice Stephen Southwood said Jenkins had the classic 'angry man syndrome'.

The judge sensationally banned Jenkins because he had 'told a number of lies' and 'behaved in a contemptuous and scandalous manner', the NT News reports.
'His oral submissions were frequently nothing more than very loud, agitated and abusive gabbling,' he said.
'The written materials which comprised the written evidence which he has tendered and his written submissions are largely incoherent or indecipherable.'
Justice Southwood found the evidence submitted by the accused to be unclear and illegible
Jenkins goes by the name of Rubbish Warrior and considers himself an artist for his attempts to keep Darwin clean by collecting rubbish and turning it into roadside sculptors.
Unfortunately the local council has since viewed his artistry as nothing more than littering and fined him.
Jenkins, well known for his disheveled appearance, tried to capitalise on the notoriety by running in the 2018 City of Palmerston election with the slogan 'Vote 1: Homeless Bum'.
Undeterred by his loss, he tried his luck on Australia's Got Talent but didn't make the cut while his audition for X-Factor was unceremoniously rejected.
He was accused of assaulting a Northern Territory Library security guard in 2014
His spiral into a local pest began in 2009 when he reportedly attacked a council staff member.
Jenkins was later booted from a chaplaincy course and ejected from church for causing a disturbance which resulted in a court charge.
He was then fined for impersonating a magistrate and in 2013 for graffiti bombing a court.
Believing he was a 'misunderstood genius' and upset that his NT Literary Awards submission had been rejected, he tried to gate-crash the event before being stopped by the guards.
The council had enough of the local character by then and decided to begin prosecuting him for his roadside artworks.

ShareIn a 2016 hearing of assault, Jenkins stripped naked in the witness box and was found to be disrupting court procedure by Justice Judith Kelly, NT News reported.
In 2017 Justice Kelly stopped the 'disproportionate allocation of resources' to Jenkins as she said 'the detriment of other litigants were being left waiting for their turn.'
By then, Jenkins had already broken a suspended prison sentence, intentionally disrupted his assault hearing and failed to obey the presiding judge at Darwin Local Court.

In his latest court appearance, Justice Southwood banned the serial pest from bringing any further proceedings to Territory courts.
'His conduct has significantly interfered with the administration of the courts, potentially caused harm to the reputation of the courts and to a number of people who were perfectly innocent of his allegations, and cost the community a very significant amount of money,' he said.
