My boyfriends 8.5inch penis caused us to break up - because having sex was so 'hard'

THEY say good things come in small packages – but that couldn’t be further from the truth for Katie Price when it comes to her fella.

The model’s fitness instructor boyfriend Kris Boyson, 29, left very little to the imagination when he was snapped in his underwear in Thailand over the summer – and like Katie, we couldn’t take our eyes off his bulging crotch.

Jonah Falcon, the man with the world’s biggest 'natural' penis says his huge manhood has helped him bed A-listers and Oscar winners

According to the “Am I Normal?” study, 5.16 inches (13.1cm) is the average length of a penis when erect. Just five per cent of erect penises are bigger than 6.3 inches (16cm) long.

But is having a well-endowed partner all it’s cracked up to be in the bedroom? Or can it be quite “hard” to deal with when it comes to getting frisky?

We spoke to two women whose other halves have impressively large packages – and while one claims it makes sex more pleasurable, the other admits it’s caused them to break up several times, and stopped them from moving in together…

Sophie Jones, 27, a mobile carer from Walsall, Midlands, has been with boyfriend Tom Weston, 25, a mechanic, on and off for five years…

When it’s hard, Tom’s penis is around eight and a half inches long, and it’s very thick – it’s the thickness that makes sex more painful I think. It looks big even when it’s not excited – it actually looks thicker!

He hadn’t warned me about how big his penis was, but when he got it out of his pants the first time we had sex, my words were, "Oh my f*****g God!"

It just came out of my mouth, I’d never seen a penis like that before, ever, and it wasn’t even erect! He just smiled – he’s probably used to that reaction!

We’ve actually broken up a few times because sometimes it can cause arguments. We both love each other very much and we’re very passionate about each other, but sometimes we can’t have sex as much as we’d like to, because obviously when you have quite a large penis you can’t go as fast or as hard.

I think Tom finds it quite frustrating because he’s frightened of hurting me. We normally stick to other acts rather than penetration because it’s easier – we could be in the moment, and then he could hurt me, and then it could be all over.

Obviously that causes a lot of tension in our relationship, which is why we don’t live together. Now we have sex around three or four times a week.

We’ve spent periods of time living with each other, but it’s just easier not to, because then we don’t get carried away. It also makes it more special every time we get to see each other, rather than living in each other’s pockets.

We always get back together as there’s so much chemistry between us. When I’ve had sex with other people when we’ve broken up, if they had a really slim or small penis, I was like, “Oh, where’s the rest of it?”

After we’ve had penetrative sex it does take me a little while to recover. It’s also hard to have sex for a long period of time because it’s quite large. We tend to go for the normal missionary position as that’s the easiest.

I tell him to not go too hard – you have to have a lot of trust in each other, that you’re going to be satisfied and not hurt yourself, and luckily we have that. It can be painful - you have internal organs and if they poke you in the wrong place quite hard it’s going to hurt!

It’s nice to look at, but I do wish it was a bit smaller. I’d say he’s quite proud of it, but I’ve never seen him boast about it.

If I was a guy and I had a penis like that, I think I’d probably talk about it all the time! I’ve brought it up in front of friends while with him and he’s been like, “Ssh, shut up!”

I think we live in a fantasy world where women think they would love a really big penis, but when it actually comes down to it I’m not sure many have actually had a really big one. They don’t know what they’re getting themselves in for! In reality it really can make relationships harder – pardon the pun!

Sandra Garcia, 25, a graphic designer, has been with boyfriend Alex Black, 32, a teacher from Wales, for five months…

Alex’s penis is around eight inches long when it’s excited – he’s a grower! You wouldn’t expect it, but it’s pleasantly surprising. In terms of length I’d say it’s the biggest one I’ve seen.

We had sex on our third date; right before I met him I’d slept with a partner who was surprisingly small, so the change was really quite pleasant - I could definitely feel the difference!

The first time was quite incredible. I could feel much more sensation, it was quite intense. It’s much more filling, satisfying and enjoyable.

Because of how big he is, you can’t just go full force when you’re having sex. I usually like being on top, as there’s a lot more room for different angles. I like to be in control of where it actually goes. I think that’s quite important because of how big he is – it’s not so enjoyable when he’s on top because it can only hit one spot.

There have been times where we’ve had to stop because it’s been a bit painful – the position of the cervix changes, so when it goes down I do have to say, “Sorry you have to slow down a little bit”.

We communicate a lot during sex, not just because he’s got a big penis - we do a lot in general and we look out for each other.

We met on Tinder in February while travelling in Mexico – I was volunteering at a yoga centre and he was working as an English teacher. I’m originally from Switzerland, but now I’m spending some time working in London and living with Alex, who’s also here.

We probably have sex five times a week. But when we first got together while we were travelling, we were doing it at least three times a day!

I do really enjoy having a man who’s got a big package. Visually I think it’s really pretty. When I’ve had partners who were smaller I never really thought, “Oh I wish it was bigger,” because you work with what you get, but now that I do have it I enjoy it – it would be hard to go back!

He’s not really aware of how big it is, so he hadn’t warned me about it. I’ve told him a few times it’s big and he always seems quite surprised. He said other women have told him that too, but he always thought they were just saying it to be kind!

He’s not proud of it, and I think that’s quite nice – if a guy’s super proud of his penis it would be a bit of a turn-off for me!

If your partner has a really big penis, I think you definitely have to talk to each other and if you’re in pain you must say.

Try different positions until you find one that works for you and doesn’t cause any pain, because if one half of the couple isn’t enjoying it then it isn’t worth it.
